Hey there! My name is Kim Gail and I am a dietitian that created this blog to share all the weight loss diets, tips, tricks and exercises I have found to be effective with my clients.
I know how hard figuring out diets and weight loss programs can be, and finding useful information is almost just as hard these days. I created this site to help you find good information all in one place, fast and easily. Eventually I hope to implement a newsletter so I can send you tips and tricks to your inbox, but for now it will be just weekly articles.
This site is a compilation of articles I have written myself and found from all over the web. The authors name and website are below each article if you would like to ask them questions or get more information. I have tried my very best to keep the information useful, up to date, and easy to understand. I truly hope you find something on this site that helps you lose some pounds.
