EmsCharityKiss was one of the bolt-out-of-the-blue ideas – that raise you and not leave you alone until you act on them. But perhaps I should say that I'm soon to tell what it is.

As I write this, is a month before Step 28. Emjay am, I had depression for nearly ten years and have never been kissed.

Depression has been my worst enemy, best friend, protector, jailer, judge, jury and executioner. My cousins, my child almost 10 years, still grew socially in their lives I. Someone seems to have pressed pause on my life somewhere along the line, and forgot to press Play. It's very, very difficult to explain depression to someone that has not experienced. It is an insidious disease that affects all facets of a different person. Every decision I made in my adult life has finally been contaminated by she. I'm not married, made a career, had a boyfriend or been kissed.

While talking to a friend one night on Twitter recently, I made a casual comment ask Robert Pattinson ( "Little Ashes, Twilight, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire), for giving me my first kiss, while I collected funds for charity. What I have to lose? That was the idea that not leave me alone. The next day I shot my YouTube video first, "Everything starts with an idea crazy "and, as the title suggests, this is where it started.

I wanted to raise money for an organization that supports depression and disease mental, so I took OneInFive Australia, a small non-profit dedicated to raising funds for research and treatment. Fortunately, they were very favorable to the idea and continue to support me. As attention increasingly, the media here in Australia have even taken the idea and realized that – focuses Never Been Kissed in the angle, of course!

The support has been overwhelming – many people have suffered from depression, or support to someone suffering from depression or other mental illnesses. So many people have been hidden, fear prevents them from truly living rather than simply exist. My depression I felt nothing, as if I worthwhile. Who wants to be with someone who was so convinced that he had nothing to give?

But why Robert Pattinson as my first kiss? The idea is to always be detractors. But I admire and am attracted by the underlying melancholy in his image. Sometimes, life seems to be as uncomfortable as I do for me. I would be happy much if he says yes, grateful that I knew, and he was happy at least flattered by it because it's my first kiss, and it is important to me!

It's a shot long. In a sea of fangirl frenzy surrounding it today, is hard to stand out and be different. It's an incredible risk, but really a journey, to the point that pushed me far from my comfort zone. This is not no going back, just leave. If I do will inspire others to be honest, it's worth. Being "sick" is acceptable. People understand if asking for help.

And if you wait long for your first kiss? It is as objective as high as desired.
